An automatic shut-off usually means either the overheat cut-off or the tip-over cut-off has triggered.
After an overheat shut-off:
- Switch Warmiqs off and unplug it
- Let it cool down completely
- Check that the air vents and the front grille are clear and nothing is blocking them
- Check it has clear space around it, then plug it back in
After a tip-over shut-off: stand the heater back up on a firm, level surface so it is stable and upright before using it again.
If it does not start normally after this, stop using it and contact us.
